If you know me, you’ll know I’m a fan of marketing mindtools and models to help marketers create strategies or simply focus.
The Bullseye framework featured in Gabriel Weinberg’s 2015 book Traction is one of my favourites since it’s super-practical – it can be used in a workshop to discuss existing traffic-building techniques – both online and offline and then ensure you focus on the top 6 and then 3.
I recommend it since it works particularly well for smaller businesses and startups reviewing the marketing communications channels they will use at the top level to gain awareness. It’s also nice since it enables review of around 20 channels including both online and offline. Plus it can be applied to larger organizations too.
There are more details on how to apply the Marketing Bullseye Framework in this online course based on the book.
