New Google Analytics Graphing Options: By Week and By Month
Not earth-shattering, but this gives a much better way to visualise and improve time-series trends.
For me, the limit of results to daily time units was one of the biggest limitations when GA was first released although it gave cool curves.
The change
You can now visualise all performance data, e.g. visits, sales, etc in weekly or monthly units, in addition to the original day by day.

The implications
So, You can now compare week on week, month-on-month - a capability nearly every analytics package had before.
This means you should redefine your standard reports, dashboards and alerts to show different units and setup comparisons.
Now Google, How about making it easy to select the whole (current) year now - or am I missing something?
