Most effective e-communications tools
The annual Marketing Sherpa survey of most and least effective online marketing techniques. Based on attendees to US Ad-Tech event - one of the top US digital trade shows.
No surprises here, but interesting none the less.
Interesting that e-mail rented list and e-mail ads are successful for some, but not others showing effort is needed to find the right list. The top 2 items, E-mail and paid search are no surprise, but behavioural targeting of online ads is - this service is only just taking off in UK, e.g. available on FT.com.
