Digital marketing laws
This article outlines four ‘laws’ which digital marketing strategists should be aware of as they consider how organisations should respond to changes arising from increased use of digital media. It will be incorporated, in reduced form, into new editions of E-business and E-commerce Management and Internet Marketing.
