• Brief Review: Created to support the popular E-mail marketing training courses run by the CIM. Goes beyond best practice for e-mail copy and creative to show how to use e-mail in integrated e-marketing campaigns.

Permission Email Marketing that works Book Review

• Brief Review: For me, this is the best US book on Email Marketing. Written by an experienced Email Marketer who runs her own agency and is a regular columnist on ClickZ.com, there are a lot of great ideas on increasing Email effectiveness. It is weakness on deliverability and renderability issues since it is now dated. These are covered in my book.
